Stefan brings vast experience in the yacht industry, having started his career in 2002 as a sales representative for the Azimut | Benetti Group. Over the years, he has worked in sales for several very renowned shipyards and managed a marina chain in Croatia before founding Splendid Yachting in 2014. A former hockey player, Stefan is also passionate about winter sports and enjoys motorbike tours in his free time.

Rainer has over 30 years of experience in the yachting industry, beginning with Oceanfast Shipyard in Australia. He later became Director at Solidmark/The George Nicholson Group and Camper & Nicholsons, overseeing Germany and Austria. With deep ties to Northern European and Italian shipyards, Rainer has sold around 100 large yachts. A passionate ocean sailor, he has raced on the famous J-Class “Ranger” in the European Cups. In his free time, he enjoys riding horses in the countryside.

Since 2010, she has been deeply involved in the charter industry, where her enthusiasm for both the craft and her guests shines. Driven by his passion for the sea and his entrepreneurial spirit, Dino turned this dream into reality by creating Splendid Yachting, blending his love for yachting with his expertise in asset management to build a successful business.

Marina brings over 20 years of experience in the nautical industry. After studying tourism in Split, she worked at Marina Frapa, Europe’s top marina, before moving into the charter business. In her free time, she enjoys running and traveling with her family.

Head of Maintenance

Pero is a highly adaptable team member with nearly two decades of charter industry experience and training as an electrician. Known for his “can-do” attitude and commitment, he’s invaluable both onboard and off. Despite his dedication, he balances work with personal interests like skiing, making him a well-rounded and essential asset to any team.

Chief Engineer

Krešo from a seafaring family, began his maritime career in 1993 after studying at the Marine Engineering School in Šibenik. He served as a Marine Engineering Officer on commercial vessels before spending the last 20 years managing yacht engine maintenance in the charter business. His love for the sea and fishing continues to be a central part of his life.

Marketing

At 22, Iva’s strong commitment and work ethic quickly earned her a marketing role. While finishing her Electrical Engineering degree, her passion for the sea and yachting propels her forward in the industry.
